We often get asked how to juice for the Gerson Therapy. This book was designed to make juicing and the experience the very best. We answer the most common questions using true life experience from successfully healed patients and health professionals.


This booklet includes the main juice recipes for Gerson Therapy, how to prep, juice, and drink your juice as well as the steps to use the PURE Juicer including cleaning (which is always a pleasant surprise for people who think the process will be difficult).


We are approved and recommended for Gerson Therapy. This process is time intensive and exclusive to a limited number of juicers. We are proud of this recommendation and grateful to be a part of the healing journey.


Sipping Vinegars - Optimal Yield in Less Time

PURE Juicer is known for making the best juice in the world (and the most) but we also use the machine for more than juice. Stage one of the PURE Juicer is a grinder with ½ horsepower motor with grid plates that control the size of the grind or in the case of sipping vinegars, no grid plate at all.


We use the grinder to expand the surface area of our produce. We have found that by doing this versus cutting fruit and vegetables, we decrease the required fermentation time and enrich the overall flavor of the sipping vinegars.
