Refunds and 30-Day Return Policy – USA and International

PURE Juicer is dedicated to your satisfaction. If during the first 30 days after delivery of your PURE Juicer, you decide that it does not, for any reason, meet your requirements, you may return the juicer to PURE for a refund of its purchase price, minus the $300 restocking fee. The restocking fee partially covers the expenses incurred in round-trip shipping, inspecting, and processing, plus the time and expense of cleaning and repacking the refurbished juicer in new packaging. 
Note: Outlet Store/Tent Sale Juicers, all sales are final - no returns.

Requirements to request a 30-Day return:
1.  The Return must be initiated in writing to support@purejuicer.com within 30 days of delivery. PURE will provide the return shipping label(s) and repacking instructions. Per the PURE provided video, the juicer must be packed in the original shipping carton.
2.  The Return must be posted no later than 37 days after delivery or additional fees, $100 per week, apply.

Note 1: If expedited shipping was selected when the juicer was purchased, this optional service would not be refunded.

Note 2: International sales are eligible for dissatisfaction refunds, but the cost of round-trip shipping and the restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Note 3: USA & International, the following guidelines must be followed to qualify for the maximum refund:

  • The juicer and all parts from the original order must be return-shipped within 37 days of delivery.
  • The juicer must be returned clean and undamaged, in as-new condition.
  • The juicer must be packed in the original shipping carton including the seven foam blocks.
  • The juicer must be packed per the provided instructional re-packing. Improper packing that causes shipping damages may incur additional charges and may be deducted from the refund charged unless returned within 45 days of delivery.
  • If the juicer is dirty or damaged, additional fees over the $300 restocking fee may apply.
  • If the shipment was shipped using expedited shipping, this/these charge(s) is excluded from the refund.

Should there be damage to the machine as a result of incorrect or improper packing when the machine is returned, PURE reserves the right to refuse the return or assess additional charges to be deducted from any resulting refund. These additional charges will be based on the labor and part(s) replacement cost needed to restore the machine to as-new condition.

USA, Return shipping the juicer to PURE.
Once the juicer is properly re-packed per the provided video and the shipping label is attached, the next step is handing the juicer over to UPS. There are two options: drop off at a UPS Store or UPS drop-off point or call, 1 (800) 742-5877 and arrange for at-home pick-up.

International, Return shipping the juicer to PURE.
Once the juicer is properly re-packed per the provided video and the shipping label is attached, the next step is handing the juicer over to the shipper. Options for delivery to the carrier will vary by country and the customer is responsible to coordinate with the in-country representatives of the shipping company.

Note: USA & International: the customer is financially responsible for the juicer until UPS accepts custody of the shipment. If the juicer is left outside for pick-up, ensure the location is secure as you are the responsible party until pick-up occurs.

International, transit damage or defect claim.
If the juicer is delivered with shipping damage or missing parts please immediately contact, support@purejuicer.com for instructions, and do not discard the shipping carton and packing materials. PURE will request photos and documentation to file the insurance claim. Based on the amount and type of damage; repair, compensation, or return will be arranged.

International, Return shipping costs.
If the juicer is being returned because it does not meet customer expectations the cost of the round-trip shipping plus the restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Additionally, PURE is not responsible for refunding the import charges. VAT, tax, fees, and other charges are the responsibility of the customer to recover from the responsible taxing authority.

Gift card sales.
These are final and non-refundable.
